Who should I reach out in case of any query?

How can I include my other members in the team?

Only identified Faculty/Guide of the project team can include their members into the team. If you are the faculty, Login to the site and approve/reject requests for joining the team under Manage/Members tab in your Group page. This is important and mandatory to acknowledge that members are from the same institution and belong to the team.

Faculty/Guide and the person who has registered for the Challenge should ensure that all members of the team are registered in this site and have provided complete details accurately (Photo, College ID cards). Incomplete/inaccurate data of team members will lead to disqualification of the team from the challenge.

What can I use this site and groups for?

his is exclusively for BIC innovation Challenge 2019 Shortlisted members to use for internal collaboration, document storage, submission and related activities during the course of the challenge. Refrain from changing the group name and group description. Any misuse/abuse of the site will be considered for disqualification of the entire team from the challenge and respective legal action as might be required.

When is the pitch day?

Pitch days will be in the first and second week of Sep 2019. Individual teams will be notified with details of their schedule and login details.

What should we do during the pitch day?

You should prepare a presentation (ppt or pdf) describing your project with following details and upload in your group “documents” folder . :

Details suggested:

  • Project Admin Details (Name, Registration No., Team Members, Faculty, Institution)
  • Project Idea/Problem Statement (Why is this important?)
  • Solution Alternatives and Your choice (Why this solution?)
  • Highlight the innovation, originality and impact of the solution.

Pitch your project in concise but an impressive way to the selection committee.

Venue: It will be an online /google hangout event. The schedule details will have the link for the same.

Duration: 15 mins:  5 Min pitch + 10 mins of Questions/ Answers

Look out for an email from Program Director for further details.

Can we present a video of our project during the pitch?

Yes. You can present a video in support of your project if submitted along with the ppt/pdf, before the set deadline. During the pitch day, the duration of pitching will be the same for everyone.

Who can register to this site?

This site is exclusively for participants of BIC Innovation Challenge. If you are a member of a project team shortlisted for the challenge, Register yourself as a member, Verify your account and update profile with your picture and cover page with your college provided identification.
